Applications are invited to apply for the Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship 2025. This is a fully-funded United States of America scholarship program for international students to study for master’s and Ph.D. degree programs. This year, 4000 USA scholarships were offered by Fulbright.
The Fulbright Program for Foreign Students and Foreign Language Teaching Assistants (FLTA) is administered by the binational Fulbright Commissions, Foundations, or United States Embassies. All applications for foreign students and FLTA programs are processed by these offices.

Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
For the master’s program, a four-year bachelor’s degree or a combination of bachelor’s and master’s degrees is required for a total of 16 years of formal education at an accredited university.
New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, except MBA and public policy/management candidates, which require 2 years of professional experience.
For a doctorate, M.Phil., master’s degree, or equivalent degree (minimum 18 years of formal education) from an accredited university.
Candidates should have work experience in teaching, research, or in the public sector.
For both the master’s and doctorate programs, all academic disciplines are eligible except clinical medicine.
