Schwarzman Scholarships For Masters In China

Schwarzman Eligibility Criteria

  • The Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University is only for studying for a master’s scholarship. The duration of the master’s scholarship is one year.
  • Applicants who are currently enrolled in degree programs must be on track to complete all degree requirements by August 1. There are no requirements for a specific field of undergraduate study; All fields are welcome.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old, but not yet 29 years old, starting on August 1 of the year of enrollment in Schwarzman Scholars.
  • Test of English as a foreign language (TOEFL PBT). A minimum score of 600. OR
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT). A minimum score of 100. OR
    • IELTS with a minimum score of 7.
    • English language proficiency: This requirement does not apply to candidates who studied at a graduate institution where the primary language of instruction was English for at least 2 years of the candidate’s academic program.
